No extra line when you reblog? It’s a Tumblr problem that has nothing to do with ‘Missing e’, and it will likely be fixed soon.
Many of you have dropped by to let me know that there’s a problem with reblogging.
Those of you who use the Rich Text Editor to create posts (that’s most of you, I think) are finding that no extra line is added at the bottom of reblogs for you to add content.
I just want to let you know that this is a Tumblr problem that started two days ago and may be linked to their recent software upgrades. It is not caused by Missing e, and disabling or uninstalling the extension will not solve the problem.
This exact issue came up on Tumblr a few months ago. I started working on a fix only to find that Tumblr repaired the problem in a few days. I believe that the same thing will happen now.
In the meantime, just hit enter at the bottom of your reblogs and click the blockquote button to start adding your comments.
As ever, one of your most important assets as a Tumblr blogger is patience.
