I have to say for a 12 episode show, I think it really ended at 11.
Episode 12 was more like a fan service/OAV episode.
[EDIT] There’s some fan service but it’s also a mixture with the women being pop idols somehow.

A limited edition Pokémon card called “Hama-chan’s Slowking” (ハマちゃんのヤドキング Hama-chan no Yadokingu?) was released to promote the movie.[8] This Slowking’s special attack was “to hit” (どつく dotsuku?). The Slowking on this card was illustrated by Hamada himself.
