No, this is not a spam post.
I been seeing this image and a shortened link (either bit.ly or a twitter short link) in 2 of my followers posts on my dashboard but, I don’t think they know whatever this is has “infected” them (I assume, anyways). So, if you see this, don’t unfollow whoever may have it. Just tell them their blog may have been infected. If anything, it may be those lame “sign in with your tumblr account and gain X amount of followers” scripts.
And, of course, NEVER CLICK ANY SHORTENED LINKS.
